My passion? Coaching leaders to spend more time in their unique ability, the work that energizes them and moves the business forward. When everyone is rowing in the same direction, there’s less drama, fewer repetitive conversations, and way more progress.

HOW I COACH
Before EOS, I spent nearly a decade as an employment attorney. I facilitated tough conversations, led communication workshops, and navigated complex leadership dynamics. That experience shaped how I coach today: direct, clear, and human.
I work best with leadership teams who care about culture as much as they care about growth. These are the kinds of companies that build healthy environments where top talent wants to stay. (And yes, some of my clients have made the Inc. 5000 list.)
When I’m not in a session or running a quarterly, you’ll find me volunteering with nonprofits I care about like the Holistic Life Foundation and Levitt Quinn Family Law Center. Or working on my next scuba diving certification.
