Success Was Outgrowing the Leadership Team
Veritas Injury Lawyers is a personal injury firm serving clients across Colorado and eastern Utah, with more than 60 years of combined personal injury experience.
Like many successful firms, Veritas wasn’t implementing EOS because the business was failing. It was implementing EOS because growth was creating a new set of leadership challenges.
As the firm expanded, greater alignment was needed at the leadership level. The team needed to get on the same page, work through issues more effectively, and build the organizational discipline to support a larger firm.
Keller was skeptical that a “system” could materially change a business that was already performing.
Two years later, he said he “could not have been more wrong.”
